I believe it is unfair for landlords to be penalised, particularly for higher yielding properties, by paying a percentage of their rental income for property management. After all the service is the same as any other property. Hence Asset Property Management works on a fixed fee basis of either $105 or $115 per month.

             TENANTS

 

 

In order to be successful in gaining a property, quality tenants must meet high standards. A minimum of two verifiable references will be required along with a credit check. For further information see below.
