
I have been involved in property management for several years now. Living in East Christchurch I am very experienced in the local market but also manage properties Christchurch wide. I manage properties not only for local clients but several overseas based clients. Given my locality I managed many properties post-earthquake including but not limited to arranging & attending meetings, liaising between agencies & landlords etc (at no extra cost). LANDLORDS
I believe it is unfair for landlords to be penalised, particularly for higher yielding properties, by paying a percentage of their rental income for property management. After all the service is the same as any other property. Hence Asset Property Management works on a fixed fee basis of either $105 or $115 per month. This includes inspections and
